    It starts out in the House of Representitives, its drafted, they revise it, do the first reading then second reading, debate, then goes to the Senate. They revise it, and do the first reading and second reading, then it goes to the governer to approve or veto it. If vetoed, it goes back to the House and needs a 2/3 vote to pass.

2. What is a committee and what purpose does it serve?:
    A committee is a group of people who make decisions, spend money, or take actions. It is organized and the members require a vote by all its members.

It's going to ruin our best health care and our economy. It's going to add to the federal debt if they don't. More Americans, in millions, won't have the protection of health insurance and that is a sad deal.

I don't really know what to say about  putting the federal debt on the credit card. I go both ways. It could be really good.

   Obama  is changing his chief of staff including an advisor, a new senior political counseler and two new deputy cheifs. He says that their not going to mess around. It will influence of affecting the nation. I think this could be a good change. More new people who are ready for work and to make America a better place. They want to work hard for the American people. Obama wants new fresh voices.
